- GetRight isn't able to connect to download anything.
- If you're using ZoneAlarm, it sometimes does not
prompt about granting access, especially after a program is updated:
- Opening the main ZoneAlarm window
- Select the "Program Control" tab on the left, then the "Programs" tab in the middle right to list all the programs.
- Scroll down to GetRight and right click on its name, then Delete from the menu. That should get it to re-prompt next time you have GetRight try to download. When ZoneAlarm asks, make sure you choose to Allow!
