Servers Supported by GetRight:
GetRight takes advantage of capabilities to request just part of a file that is built into web and FTP server software. There is no special server software needed to make GetRight work.

Just about any server you find is going to support resuming.

If you're writing your own server, you want to make sure to read the Byte-Range info in the HTTP 1.1 specification. And the REST command in the FTP specification.
